What’s the difference between Agent Partner Program and Reseller Partner Program?
The main difference between the two partner programs is whether you are responsible for the sales process and after-sales services. If you choose to be an agency, you only refer clients to viAct and are not responsible for the sales process and after-sales service. But if you choose to be a reseller, you can earn more by reselling viAct’s solutions and you are responsible for the sales process and customer support.
